These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cognixa’s platform, products, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed healthcare provider or authorized staff member to use Cognixa in a clinical context.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not transmit malware, malicious code, or other harmful content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be executed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology provided as part of the Services remain the property of Cognixa or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property except as explicitly permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not to limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the date above.
